1. SHIPPING TERMS

MUSE Cosmetics delivers within Bulgaria via Speedy, BOX NOW and easybox, depending on the delivery method chosen when completing the order.

You can choose delivery:

• to a Speedy office;

• to a Speedy locker;

• to an address via Speedy;

• to a BOX NOW locker;

• to an easybox locker.

We also deliver to the other member states of the European Union according to the options available when completing the order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and handed over to the courier from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on a working day before 2:00 PM are usually processed and handed over to the courier the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM are usually processed on the next working day.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

During busier periods, including promotional campaigns, Black Friday and other special offers, order processing may take up to 1-2 working days.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

The times stated are estimates and start from the moment the order is handed over to the courier.

After the order is shipped you will receive a confirmation by email and, where the service allows it, shipment tracking information.

BULGARIA

The estimated delivery time within Bulgaria is:

1-5 working days from the shipping of the order.

During busy campaigns, public holidays or other exceptional circumstances, processing and delivery may take longer.

We will do what is necessary for your order to be shipped as soon as possible. If a significant problem arises with its fulfillment, we will contact you.
