Return terms

Terms and time limits for returning a product:

  1. TERMS:
  • PRODUCT CONDITION - Products can be returned under the following conditions:
    - unopened and/or unused
    - in intact original cardboard packaging
    - ATTENTION, if you wish to return a product, do not take it out of its cardboard packaging. Products whose cardboard packaging shows signs of opening will not be accepted for return.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes cannot be refunded for all deliveries.
  • If the returned products do not meet the conditions above, you will be sent an email and we will await your instructions on how they should be sent back to you at your expense. If we do not receive instructions from you within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to keep the products or hand them over for recycling.
  1. TIME LIMITS:
  • WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY - return of the products in the condition described above. Please note that all costs of returning products are borne by the user.
  • WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER A SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED PRODUCT - the monetary value of the order will be refunded to the bank account specified by the user. Please note that the shipping costs paid by us will be deducted from the amount.

If you wish to return a product or products, we kindly ask you to send us an email at info@musecosmetics.bg with details of your order and what you wish to return from it. We will then send you instructions on what you need to do to make use of the return option.
