Conditions for return

Terms and conditions for returning a product:

  1. CONDITIONS:
  • PRODUCT STATUS - Products may be returned under the following conditions:
    - without having been opened and/or used
    - in undamaged original carton packaging
    - CAUTION, if you wish to return a product, do not remove it from its carton. Products that show signs of opening on their carton will not be accepted for return.
  • Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable on all deliveries. 
  • In the event that the returned products do not meet the conditions above, an email will be sent to you and we will await your instructions on how to ship them back to you at your expense. If we do not receive instructions from you within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to keep the products or pass them on for recycling.
  1. DEADLINES:
  • WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY - return the products in the condition described above. Please note that all costs for returning products are the responsibility of the user.
  • UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT RETURN - the monetary value of the order will be refunded to the specified bank account by the user. Please note that costs from deliveries paid by us will be deducted from the amount.

We kindly ask that if you wish to return product(s), you email us at [email protected] with details of your order and what you wish to return from it. We will then send you instructions on what you need to do to take advantage of the return option.
