1. CONDITIONS:

• MUSE Cosmetics makes deliveries to any point on the territory of Bulgaria with courier company "Econt Express" - to the company's office or exact address. Deliveries are also made to addresses in the other 26 EU member states.

• MUSE Cosmetics processes and dispatches orders between Monday and Friday during the courier's specified working hours. Orders placed by 2:00 pm are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are processed and shipped the next business day. Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

The delivery time in Bulgaria is 1-2 business days.

Please note that during active discount campaigns, such as Black Friday and others, there may be a delay in processing and shipping orders due to the large number of orders during these periods. Orders placed during these periods will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
