Method of payment
The user can pay the price of the ordered goods using one of the options listed below. On the site it is possible to pay by cash on delivery, payment by card (upon receipt of the shipment from the courier or on the spot from the office and payment by virtual terminal).

"Cash on delivery: on receipt of the goods you pay the amount due to the courier.

Here you have two options:
- payment in cash to the courier
- payment by bank card - you can pay the amount of the charge with your credit/debit card directly to the courier - every ECONT courier and all their offices have a mobile terminal through which payments with bank cards are made.

If the User chooses the option of delivery by courier and payment on delivery, he must pay the price of the ordered items to the courier upon receipt of the goods.

" Payment by card (virtual terminal): an extremely convenient way to pay. You will be able to enter the necessary data during the finalisation of the order. If the transaction is authorized, the payment will proceed immediately and we will ship the goods the next business day. We support the 3D Secure security system. Our employees do not have access to your card details, only the bank has all the information.

Installment payment through T.B.A. Bank EAD:
MUSE Cosmetics provides Users with the opportunity to purchase goods on
installment from the Site through a consumer loan granted by T.B.A. Bank EAD.

- Any person who is:
over 18 years of age, a Bulgarian citizen or a foreign citizen who
holds a permanent residence permit in the Republic of Bulgaria and a Bulgarian
identity document may apply for a consumer loan,

- amount of consumer credit - from BGN 100 to BGN 10,000 (i.e. you can
order and purchase goods in instalments for a total value of between BGN 100 and BGN 10,000, regardless of the number and unit online sales price of the goods included in the
order)

- repayment period of the consumer credit - from 3 months to 24 months.

- credit application is done online through the MUSE Cosmetics Website by selecting the "Buy with TBI Bank" option

- the approval and disbursement procedure is done entirely
remotely. After completing the order, an employee of T.B.A. Bank EAD will contact you
and give you the necessary information and instructions.

- the ordered goods will be delivered to you after T.B.A. Bank EAD approves
the consumer credit.

- All conditions and procedures in connection with the provision of the consumer credit
(application conditions, criteria and approval procedure, repayment period, number and amount of repayments, interest and fees on the loan, settlement of
relations in case of default and default on the loan, etc.) are determined
unilaterally, solely and exclusively by T.B.A. Bank EAD.

- MUSE Cosmetics does not send messages and cannot give you information on the status and outcome of the consumer credit procedure, but only
on the status and execution of the order.
