- Presentation of Steffi
Hi, Muse! 👋🏻 I'm Stephanie. If reading these linesyou probably already know a thing or two about me, but today I'm gonna tell you a little bit more.
When I started this brand, my idea was never for me to be the face of it. Who am I?
Just another girl with skin problems who thinks she's going to change the world with some innovation. Who would take me seriously, and I was only 27 years old then. Who would trust a fledgling brand with an unknown face, right?
But my brand has a mission to help and inspire, and it needs someone to talk about it. I decided to take the advice of those around me that that someone should be me, and I dared to stand in front of you.
I'm not an influencer and I don't have hundreds of thousands of followers, but I do have a cupboard full of literally thousands of tested products. I don't have countless likes on my photos, but I have countless days spent asking the question "How can I improve the condition of my skin?". Low self-esteem, days spent not wanting to go out, constantly comparing myself to others on social media...
Thousands of bucks spent on various cosmetic products that have minimal or no effect, and then the pimples reappear.
That is, until I discovered peptides and found that they really work! That's when my idea of creating a unique formula that would target several problems at the same time, and putting it into products that would be something different than what was already on the market, was born. But before I got to that point, I spent over two years in constant research, reading textbooks, going to various seminars, conferences, meeting with manufacturers, biochemists, cosmetologists.
Why am I actually writing all this? I realized that MUSE Cosmetics is a brand influenced by my story and there is no one better to tell it than myself. I'm a woman, just like you, who had the unique opportunity to form the best team and create a cosmetic that she believes will make a difference for your skin, your confidence and your love for yourself.
Thank you for reading these lines to the end!
Love, Stephanie, Editor-in-chief

- 4 detox tips for healthy skin
Meet Roberta Angelova - the nutritionist of MUSE Cosmetics and host of our health, nutrition and balance column. She will reveal to us the secrets of beautiful and especially healthy skin.
Our skin is an organ that not only makes up a large part of our appearance, but also reflects the health of our entire body. So, when we talk about skin care, we cannot ignore the role of proper nutrition. That's why Roberta shares with you 4 detoxifying tips that will help you keep your skin fresh and beautiful!
1. Hydration
Drinking water throughout the day not only helps to regenerate cells throughout the body, but also helps the skin to clear toxins to be in a supple appearance.
2.Fruits and vegetables
The more colorful the better! They are full of antioxidants and phytonutrients that aid the detoxification process at all levels in the human body. The more colorful, the better!
3.NO to processed foods
Foods rich in sugars, fats and chemical additives trigger the onset of acne and other skin ailments. Try to replace these foods with fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and clean meat and fish.
4.Quality sleep
Skin needs sleep too! Insufficient sleep can lead to reduced regeneration and premature aging. Studies prove that it needs 7-8 hours a night to recover and detoxify.
The key to beautiful and healthy skin lies not only in external care, but especially in the way we take care of our bodies. That's why by choosing the right foods and the right approach to ourselves - we and our skin win!
